Everyone asks … “Who is the girl behind the kicks? Do you hand paint them yourself? Where are you from?” I hope these pictures answer some of the questions that have been asked. I am located in Brooklyn, Bed-Stuy to be exact. Sometimes I am stopped in the streets by Instagram followers who recognize me by my sneakers. My goal is to create what ever comes to my mind with no limits to my creativity. At the same time I would like to continue to being unique and never be compared to anyone. In the pictures posted above and below I am actually working on a pair of converse for myself. I have hand painted so many exclusive kicks for other people that I hardly have any exclusive ones in my closet. Time to time I post pictures of me working on customers orders on my Instagram (@tiffanybchanel). If you want the inside scoop on whats next for me, your best bet would be to follow me. Converse. These sneakers became my canvas of choice. Randomly I decided  to paint a pair
of my old chucks that I had for over 4 years. I painted them pink and bronze with gold
Spikes and black shoelaces, the outcome had me addicted! From that day on forward I
began hand painting chucks for myself and others which surprisingly captured the attention of many.

 

These were the 1st Chucks that I have ever painted.

I call them LoLa!

 

 

I am the Golden Child when I wear these. I hand painted these gold chucks for myself.

I call them Gold Member!  

 

 

I hand painted and spiked these for a customer, she wanted them to wear to France! Everyone fell in love with her Chucks.

I call them True Blue !

 

 

Above is just a glimpse of what I have done so far. Soon I will be added my custom converse to my shop!!!

November 16, 2012 I will be throwing an appreciation party for all my customers, friends, and family that have supported me through out my grind. I am very thankful to be able to create wearable art that people appreciate, look forward to, and love. On the 16th of November I want to celebrate with each and everyone of you.
